Main’s history concerning Hip-hop
Main started writing rhymes back in 2000 he was 14 years at that time he recalls listening to people like KRS-One, Common, Slum Village and Talib Kweli those are the artists that made him fall in love with hip-hop. In the schools he attended he was regarded as the best emcee, “I made sure that I gathered up ciphers during breaks, after school and sometimes during classes which usually got me in trouble”, he laughs. He was involved in three groups in that year alone performing in many places including talent shows, due to his academic life he moved to Magabeni Township in the year 2004. After he Matriculated he then met up with Lakka in a Cipher at Bat Center only to find out that they were from the same neighborhood than they started doing songs because they had the same vision then later on that year they met up with UniQ than Gaborn Crew was born.
